This section is to help answer any questions you may have about drones flying over your property:

My drone is a DJI Mini 4 Pro - this is under 250grams which means legally it can be flown in more places without restrictions. As a general rule it should be flown 50metres above buildings and people and not over large groups of people (ie a crowd at a football match)

The drone weighs about the same as your mobile phone.

Flying over property: The sky is not 'owned' by anyone, so a drone can fly over your property, the same way light aircraft, hot air balloons, birds, easyjet, paragliders etc all do.

However, you do have a right to privacy:

 

It is never my intention to invade anyone's privacy, if you see anything you don't like in my images or videos please let me know. However also please be reasonable- Google and Microsoft have already captured and published to the whole world high quality images of your property (Google maps, google street view, bing maps).
